The SMS Presence mobile monitor stand XL (C5-31U007-2-C-0) with wheels is 500 mm electrically height-adjustable and quickly pushes a monitor from room to room. Perfect for extra large, heavy and delicate displays, and due to the high stability and the patented design also for the use of a touch screen. Specially designed for the Microsoft Surface Hub 84" and suitable for many other large displays up to 150kg.

SMS Presence Mobile Motorized C5-31U007-2-C-0 XL with electric height adjustment
The motorised height adjustment is soft and quiet, readily available from a button at the side of the unit, behind the display. Motorized height adjustment works for most markets (both 110 and 230 V) and allows you to work ergonomically.
The displays can be locked with the accompanying locking screw for personal safety, or with a padlock (not included) which provides increased protection from theft.
The accurate factory assembly means that installation is easy and quick, while the hidden cable chain inside the SMS trolley ensures that the cables run freely with no risk of fastening. The design of the SMS Presence is, furthermore, protected. Maximum display weight: 120 kg. Finish:aluminium/anthracite grey.

No, you do not need a customer account to place an order with us. The “Create customer account” box is unchecked by default in the ordering process and must be explicitly checked if a customer account is required.

If the size of the parcel allows it, it can be sent to a Packstation. To do this, the recipient must be registered with DHL and authorized to use the Packstation. For addressing, we need the personal postal number (8 digits) and the Packstation number.

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 5 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the expected shipping date.
If you order before 4 p.m. (Mon - Thu), the goods will be delivered the next working day (only in Germany and up to max. 15 kg). Please call in advance to find out whether the products are available (+49 (0)4103 903870) and state your telephone number when ordering.
Some items cannot be sent by parcel service due to their size or weight, but are delivered by a forwarding agent. These items are marked accordingly. Within Germany, delivery by forwarding agent is free of charge. The shipping costs for bulky goods abroad can be found under Shipping / Payment. When ordering, we need your telephone number so that the shipping company can contact you to arrange an appointment.
When the parcel is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to the email address provided. This allows the status of the shipment to be tracked at any time.
As a rule, yes. As long as the item has not yet been dispatched, you can request to cancel the order. We will then try to cancel the order. However, submitting a cancellation request is no guarantee that the item can actually be canceled.
