Where do I place a document holder on my desk?
Ideally, the document holder should be in close proximity to the screen so that you don't have to turn your head as much when working. It should be at a height that relieves the strain on your neck, i.e. not too low and not too high. This keeps your posture relaxed and makes it easier to work efficiently.
