Evoko LISO ERM 2001 Room Manager
The Evoko Liso Room Manager simply consists of an 8" touch-sensitive screen that is placed on the wall outside of the meeting room, connected to the company Exchange Server. No additional software is required. Installation on the server is as simple as adding a new employee to the network.

The touch-sensitive screen displays a clear menu structure that gives you a rapid overview of the booking status and enables you to book the room, cancel a booking or extend a meeting in progress.
You can also report a fault on the projector or other technical equipment in the meeting room with a touch on the relevant symbol. The flat 8" screen of the Evoko Room Manager gives a discrete impression and blends well into both modern and classical surroundings.
Stuck at your desk? Book from your computer!
The Evoko Room Manager synchronises automatically with the company bookings in Microsoft Outlook and this means that you can continue to book from your own computer (unless you happen to be passing the touch-sensitive screen, of course). You can make future bookings using your computer and Outlook.

- Direct http/https access to MS Exchange server 2003 or 2007.*
*Make sure that no security functions or programs block or restrict a direct http/https communication between the Exchange server and the Evoko Room Manager (i.e. domain control, firewalls, proxies, network logins etc.)
No additional software is required
Thanks to a unique direct link to your Exchange server (internal or hosted) the Evoko Room Manager is installed without any additional server or software on the company’s Exchange server. Not even a plug-in in Outlook is needed. This means that the installation will not trespass on IT security. Furthermore, it makes the installation itself real easy.
Timeless design now supports Google
The Evoko Room Manager, the room-booking solution with touch-sensitive screens that display the status of a meeting room at the door, is now introducing anticipated support for Google Apps.
If you know how to use Google Calendar, the rest is easy. In the same way as with the company Microsoft Exchange Server, the Evoko Room Manager interacts with Google Apps for business accounts. This simply means that the system and booking procedure will be familiar to anyone who has ever booked a meeting in Google Calendar.
The Evoko Room Manager has been awarded several awards recently, and new functions have been added. Among the latter is the possibility of booking through the Microsoft cloud service, MS 365.

Evoko Liso
Der EVOKO LISO hat für die Raumplannung in unserer Firma sehr viel gebracht. Die Planung ist viel flexibler geworden. Der Evoko LISO sieht auch noch sehr gut aus und passt an jeden Meetingraum.

Teuer, aber rentiert sich
Wir haben in unserem Hotel alle vier Besprechungsräume mit einem EVOKO ausgestattet. Das Investment hat sich ausgezahlt - alles übersichtlich, intuitiv und schnell buchbar. Einen Stern ziehe ich trotzdem ab, da der Preis doch schon recht hoch ist.

No, you do not need a customer account to place an order with us. The “Create customer account” box is unchecked by default in the ordering process and must be explicitly checked if a customer account is required.

If the size of the parcel allows it, it can be sent to a Packstation. To do this, the recipient must be registered with DHL and authorized to use the Packstation. For addressing, we need the personal postal number (8 digits) and the Packstation number.
Orders can be placed via the store with a delivery address in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 5 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the expected shipping date.
If you order before 4 p.m. (Mon - Thu), the goods will be delivered the next working day (only in Germany and up to max. 15 kg). Please call in advance to find out whether the products are available (+49 (0)4103 903870) and state your telephone number when ordering.
Some items cannot be sent by parcel service due to their size or weight, but are delivered by a forwarding agent. These items are marked accordingly. Within Germany, delivery by forwarding agent is free of charge. The shipping costs for bulky goods abroad can be found under Shipping / Payment. When ordering, we need your telephone number so that the shipping company can contact you to arrange an appointment.
When the parcel is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to the email address provided. This allows the status of the shipment to be tracked at any time.
As a rule, yes. As long as the item has not yet been dispatched, you can request to cancel the order. We will then try to cancel the order. However, submitting a cancellation request is no guarantee that the item can actually be canceled.
