The AirMedia® Receiver 3100 (AM-3100-WF-I) enables secure wireless collaboration in modern digital workspaces. It is easy to install and manage and is suitable for conference rooms, small meeting rooms, lounges, lobbies and many other spaces to create productive meeting environments. The receiver can be placed discreetly under, next to or behind a display and enables wireless collaboration. With the AirMedia presentation function, an HDMI® output (up to 4K) and multiple USB interfaces, you can wirelessly connect and present laptops, smartphones, tablets and other devices.
AirMedia wireless presentation
- AirMedia allows users to wirelessly present content from laptops, smartphones and tablets via built-in Wi-Fi® networking capabilities. Present content from computers with downloadable client software, the AirMedia extension for Google Chrome™ or Miracast® (Windows® 10 and 11 only). Content from Android™ and iOS® devices can be presented via the AirMedia app.
- The AirMedia Canvas feature allows up to four sources to be presented simultaneously. AirMedia Canvas automatically adjusts the layout to the number of presenters and the type of sources. Sources and their position on the display can be managed via the AirMedia app or an optional touchscreen.
- Wireless conferencing enables video calls from almost any device. The AirMedia application provides wireless access to conferencing peripherals such as soundbars, cameras and speakerphones, which are immediately ready for use in Microsoft Teams® and Zoom™ are available.
- With no active source, the AM-3100-WF-I displays a customizable welcome screen with connection instructions. Integration with Microsoft Exchange Server®, Google Calendar®, or Crestron Fusion® displays room usage and meeting details. Notifications provide information about remaining meeting time and the next event. Crestron Fusion pop-up messages can be displayed in case of emergency or for important announcements.
- A 7" or 10" Crestron® TS or TSW-70 Series touchscreen provides additional control options such as input source selection, display control, and volume control. A Power over Ethernet occupancy sensor (CEN-ODT-C-POE) can be added to turn the display on and off based on room occupancy.
- The AM-3100-WF-I is compatible with the XiO Cloud service, which enables easy deployment and management of thousands of devices. The service provides system alerts and network management and provisioning.
- The AM-3100-WF-I supports the Appspace Digital Signage application and other web-based signage providers to display digital signage content when there is no presentation or the room is unused.
- Presentation rooms can be managed and monitored through the Crestron Fusion service. An optional occupancy sensor (CEN-ODT-C-POE) reports room usage, turns the display on and off accordingly, and makes unused rooms available. The software supports room scheduling and integration with third-party calendar applications. Instant alerts inform the help desk of problems for quick resolution.
- The AirMedia presentation system offers enterprise-grade security with network security protocols such as 802.1x, Active Directory® authentication, and AES content encryption to protect privacy and comply with IT policies.
- The AM-3100-WF-I is compatible with the AirMedia Connect Adapter (AM-TX3-100-I). The adapter plugs into a device's USB-C® port and creates a wireless connection to display content at up to 4K30. Content is scaled to the selected HDMI output resolution.

No, you do not need a customer account to place an order with us. The “Create customer account” box is unchecked by default in the ordering process and must be explicitly checked if a customer account is required.
We are happy to prepare individual offers for companies, authorities, corporations, schools or universities. Simply send an email to info@business-trading.com and let us know which products you require and how many you need.

Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge within Germany when ordered via the online store. For orders with a value of less than €50, we charge €8.50 within Germany. You can read about shipping costs abroad under Shipping & Payment.
If the size of the parcel allows it, it can be sent to a Packstation. To do this, the recipient must be registered with DHL and authorized to use the Packstation. For addressing, we need the personal postal number (8 digits) and the Packstation number.

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 5 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the expected shipping date.
If you order before 4 p.m. (Mon - Thu), the goods will be delivered the next working day (only in Germany and up to max. 15 kg). Please call in advance to find out whether the products are available (+49 (0)4103 903870) and state your telephone number when ordering.
Some items cannot be sent by parcel service due to their size or weight, but are delivered by a forwarding agent. These items are marked accordingly. Within Germany, delivery by forwarding agent is free of charge. The shipping costs for bulky goods abroad can be found under Shipping / Payment. When ordering, we need your telephone number so that the shipping company can contact you to arrange an appointment.
When the parcel is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to the email address provided. This allows the status of the shipment to be tracked at any time.
As a rule, yes. As long as the item has not yet been dispatched, you can request to cancel the order. We will then try to cancel the order. However, submitting a cancellation request is no guarantee that the item can actually be canceled.
