Intelligent Camera with Visual AI
The Crestron IV-CAM-I12-B Standalone Camera is a high-quality intelligent PTZ camera that uses visual AI to automatically track or frame meeting participants. It is ideal for group framing of meeting participants in medium to large conference rooms and presenter tracking in medium-sized training rooms and classrooms. The IV-CAM-I12-B features a dual-camera design; the wide-angle reference camera uses visual AI to control the PTZ camera. All visual AI is built into the camera – no external system is needed.
Standalone camera with 12x optical zoom
- Group framing uses visual AI to smoothly frame multiple participants in medium to large conference rooms. The wide-angle reference camera continuously detects when participants enter or leave the camera frame, and the PTZ camera automatically adjusts the image to fit the participants.
- PTZ stands for pan, tilt, zoom. It describes the basic motion functions of a camera:
Pan: The horizontal panning movement of the camera, i.e. left and right.
Tilt: The vertical tilting movement of the camera, i.e. up and down.
Zoom: The ability to increase or decrease the camera's focus area, i.e. zoom in or out. - Visual AI is used to smoothly track a single moving presenter as they move through a specific presentation area. It can be easily configured to prevent tracking of other subjects or displays through the use of exclusion zones. The recommended tracking range is 15 to 25 feet (4.5 to 7.5 meters) from the presentation area.
- Two IV-CAM-I12-B cameras can be set up to use the multi-camera switching feature. One camera can be designated as the group framing camera and the other as the presenter tracking camera. This feature allows seamless switching between the group framing camera and the presenter tracking camera when someone enters the presentation zone - no additional hardware or software required.
- The IV-CAM-I12-B camera is compatible with Automate VX multi-camera speaker tracking systems. Use the IV‑CAM‑I12‑B for close-up shots of active speakers and presenter tracking in a set area within 25 feet.
- The IV‑CAM‑I12‑B camera is certified for Microsoft Teams® conferencing software. Use the USB port on the back and connect a USB cable to a compatible codec to use the conferencing software.
- A high-quality Sony® CMOS sensor enables the camera to output video at resolutions up to 1080p60.
- Connect a single Ethernet cable to power (PoE), view, set up, and control the IV‑CAM‑I12‑B camera.

No, you do not need a customer account to place an order with us. The “Create customer account” box is unchecked by default in the ordering process and must be explicitly checked if a customer account is required.

If the size of the parcel allows it, it can be sent to a Packstation. To do this, the recipient must be registered with DHL and authorized to use the Packstation. For addressing, we need the personal postal number (8 digits) and the Packstation number.

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 5 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the expected shipping date.
If you order before 4 p.m. (Mon - Thu), the goods will be delivered the next working day (only in Germany and up to max. 15 kg). Please call in advance to find out whether the products are available (+49 (0)4103 903870) and state your telephone number when ordering.
Some items cannot be sent by parcel service due to their size or weight, but are delivered by a forwarding agent. These items are marked accordingly. Within Germany, delivery by forwarding agent is free of charge. The shipping costs for bulky goods abroad can be found under Shipping / Payment. When ordering, we need your telephone number so that the shipping company can contact you to arrange an appointment.
When the parcel is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to the email address provided. This allows the status of the shipment to be tracked at any time.
As a rule, yes. As long as the item has not yet been dispatched, you can request to cancel the order. We will then try to cancel the order. However, submitting a cancellation request is no guarantee that the item can actually be canceled.
